Understanding anatomy and physiology is vital in helping others develop their own yoga practice! But as a teacher I want to help you know the basic anatomy and physiology of each posture as we find how they fit into your body.

Your body type is irrelevant and your degree of flexibility is unimportant...EVERYbody should have the opportunity to experience life on the mat! Allow me the privilege of tailoring a unique yoga session just for YOU!
Yoga isn't about the poses (asanas) it's about the journey. Cliche, I know, but it's true. One of the many beauties of yoga is the extraordinary journey which is different for every individual!
I love what yoga continues to do for me inwardly, as well as outwardly! In sharing my passion for yoga with others, I focus on the physical practice (the movement) of yoga. I have completed a RYS 500-hour training program. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa, I'm also certified in Pain-Free Yoga and mat-based Pilates. In addition, you can find me teaching functional fitness and coaching indoor rowing classes around the metroplex.
